Ab 2026 tritt Audi bei der FIA-Formel-1-Weltmeisterschaft an.

Das neue Team hat zwei Standorte. Das Kompetenzzentrum Motorsport von Audi in Neuburg (Deutschland) gilt als eines der modernsten seiner Art in Europa. Die Formel-1-Fabrik der Sauber Group in Hinwil (Schweiz) ist bekannt für innovative Technologien und Leidenschaft für den Rennsport. Dabei kommt die Power Unit aus Neuburg, während Hinwil für die Entwicklung des Chassis sowie die Race Operations zuständig ist. Die geplante Übernahme durch die AUDI AG macht aus zwei Teams ein Werksteam – und Du kannst dabei sein.

Was Du mitbringen solltest? Das Mindset eines Athleten. Wenn Du also jemand bist, der nie aufgibt, und für den Grenzen nur etwas sind, die es zu überwinden gilt, dann bring Vorsprung durch Technik mit uns in die Formel 1. Werde ein Teil des einzigartigen Projekts und schreibe Motorsportgeschichte.

Die Stelle für das Audi F1 Project ist zu besetzen bei Sauber in Hinwil (Schweiz).
  • Arbeit als Konstrukteur in unserer Aerodynamikabteilung und Konstruktion von Teilen für das Windkanalmodell des Formel-1-Projekts
  • Konstruktion von Bauteilen für die schnelle Herstellung von Prototypen für Windkanalmodellversuche
  • Entwurf von Bauteilen unter Berücksichtigung von Aspekten wie praktische Verwendbarkeit des Modells, Verpackungsstudien, Herstellbarkeit, Kosteneffizienz und effiziente Montage
  • Erstellung von technischen Zeichnungen unter Einhaltung der Normen
  • Verbesserung der aerodynamischen Leistung des Rennwagens in Zusammenarbeit mit Aerodynamikern, anderen Aero-Designern und abteilungsübergreifend innerhalb einer sehr kurzen Vorlaufzeit
  • Kontinuierliche Pflege und Verbesserung komplexer und bereits ausgefeilter Methoden für CAD-Modelle und Komponenten
  • Generieren komplexer CAD-Modelle mit CATIA 3DExperience als Haupttätigkeit
  • Eine Grundausbildung als Konstrukteur (Fachschule) oder Maschinenbauingenieur (Fachhochschule) oder eine technische Konstrukteursausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Berufserfahrung im Motorsport in ähnlicher Position
  • Mindestens einjährige Berufserfahrung in der CAD-Konstruktion oder Formula Student Erfahrung
  • Sehr breite und detaillierte Kenntnisse der CATIA V5/V6/3Dx GSD und der Part Design Workbench
  • Gute Visualisierungsfähigkeiten und Vorstellungskraft
  • Ausgezeichnete Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Interesse an der Arbeit in einem High-Tech-Umfeld und Faszination für die Arbeit im Motorsport
  • Pragmatisch und gleichzeitig mit einem ausgeprägten wissenschaftlichen Ansatz
  • Eigenmotiviert, engagiert, kreativ, ergebnisorientiert und in der Lage, selbstständig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail zu arbeiten
  • Stressresistent, ausdauernd, aufgeschlossen, innovativ und teamfähig mit hoher Konzentrationsfähigkeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse sowie die Bereitschaft Grundkenntnisse in der jeweils anderen Sprache zu erlernen sind Voraussetzung
