Programmassistenz Weiterbildung (English Program)

Was wirst Du bei uns tun:

  • Du verantwortest die Kursandministration des englischen Programms.
  • Du verantwortest das monatliche Reporting und das Ein- und Austrittsmanagement von
    unseren Teilnehmenden und arbeitest dabei mit unterschiedlichen Systemen.
  • Du bist als als Programmassistenz verantwortlich für unsere Lernplattform (Moodle).
  • Du pflegst eine zielgerichtete Kommunikation und Kooperation mit externen Stellen wie
    /RAV, IV, Sozialbehörden und Fachstellen.
  • Du bist erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Teilnehmenden und Dozierenden aus verschiedenen
    Bereichen in administrativen und alltäglichen Fragen.
  • Du bist in der Lage interessierten Teilnehmenden in deutscher und englischer Sprache
    unser Programm vorzustellen.
  • Du übernimmst eine wichtige Supportfunktion und unterstützt die Programmleitung und
    die Dozierenden bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben.
  • Du hilfst bei der Organisation von Veranstaltungen und Informationsanlässen aktiv mit.
  • Du setzt Deine unternehmerischen Fähigkeiten bei uns ein und entwickelts den Standort
    mit.
  • Du arbeitest im Team sowie in Projekten mit.

Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion mit
direktem Kundenkontakt sind für die Stelle unerlässlich.

Für Deine Arbeit sind Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, dienstleistungsorientiertes Handeln und

eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hohen Qualitätsstandart, die Dir helfen, entspannt durch den Tag
zu kommen. Administrative Aufgaben siehst Du als DEIN Ding und du hast Spass an einem
abwechslungsreichen Alltag.

Mit Deinen sehr guten Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten gepaart mit logisch
orientierter Denk- und Handlungsweise kannst du uns und das Team überzeugen und begeistern.

Damit Du im administrativen Dschungel nicht verloren gehst, kannst du auf Deine hohe IT-Affinität
und gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Palette zählen und mit (Schweizer)Deutsch als Muttersprache
sowie sehr guten Kenntnissen in Englisch (C1) aus jeder Situation einen Ausweg finden.
