  • You independently contribute to building and deepening close client relationships, and as their trusted advisor, you are the first to whom they turn
  • You acquire new projects and challenges for our company on your own
  • You are in charge of planning, leadership, and quality assurance for strategic IT projects and work with passion for our clients' long-term success
  • You use your comprehensive knowledge of technology and the industry to provide both internal and external stakeholders with the orientation they need in critical project phases and situations
  • You think across projects and connecting factors, and plan resources with a clear view to their effectiveness
  • You take responsibility for presenting key project results at the highest level of client management
  • You work with entrepreneurial passion to advance BCG Platinion with your contributions to people development, recruiting, and practice areas

This is how you can make a difference

  • You completed a degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline with higher-than-average grades
  • You have at least eight years of relevant experience in IT Consulting and the lead design and management of IT implementation and strategy projects

  • You have industry-specific knowledge or (project) experience in the banking or insurance sector
  • You already have project-related management experience of teams with more than five people
  • You know how to plan IT initiatives and build solid business cases
  • Even in complex organizational structures, you effectively steer decisions toward the goal and master escalating situations with an eye to solutions
  • You have successfully acquired consulting projects
  • You're good at understanding and communicating complex topics in both German and English; French of advantage
