Category Lead Consumables Infusion Business | 100%Ref. No. 6483Location:Solothurn, Burgdorf | HybridSupport us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.
Your main tasks
  • Personnel and business-oriented management of the Orbit & Consumables category for insulin pump business.
  • Independent management and further development of the category according to targets.
  • Steering the result (P&L) according to the targets of the Product Area Infusion.
  • Ensuring communication and operational day-to-day business between the interfaces of the Categories and surrounding departments.
  • Independent planning of the personnel, technical and organisational development of the category based on the MTP and the innovation roadmap.
  • Direct lead of product management & development team
  • Partner Management with Traveling: max 10 %. (Europe and overseas)
Your profile
  • Higher education in business studies (e.g. MBA or Economics, technical background is a plus).
  • Leadership experience of multiple teams for multiple years.
  • Experience in the production of sterile goods and medical devices.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • German language business working knowledge.
  • Proactive production and development mindset.
