Packaging Project Leader in Zuchwil
(Fixed-Term -until December 2025)
We are currently seeking an exceptional
Packaging Project Leader to join our world-class Packaging Development team at Johnson & Johnson in Zuchwil, Switzerland.
This is a unique opportunity to lead and contribute to the development and implementation of packaging projects for our innovative products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the endtoend planning, execution, and delivery of packaging projects, ensuring flawless implementation and ontime delivery.
- Collaborate closely with diverse teams to determine project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to successfully implement packaging solutions.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential project risks.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, design specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with both internal and external parties to ensure smooth communication and alignment at every stage of project development.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent education.
- Proven experience in Project Management, with a focus on packaging development and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials, design principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively handle various tasks concurrently.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated drive and dedication to achieving project goals, consistently delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
- Ability to compete in a fastpaced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
- Language skills: advanced English is required.
