As a Web Content Manager, you will be in the driver seat for designing and publishing new content on the website. With a strong focus on user experience and innovation, the Web Content Manager is responsible for managing the website as well as provide first level support for all website related topics.

What would your role be?

  • Publish new content and keep existing content up to date.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize user journeys and interconnectivity between products and client segments.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders from all business areas to build new pages and keep content up to date.
  • Provide recommendations for UX and design.
  • Project management and coordination of website initiatives on corporate level and in close collaboration with divisional peers.
  • Monitoring website traffic and analysing user engagement metrics.
  • Ensuring all content is high quality, up-to-date, and consistent with brand and style guidelines.
  • Responsible for aligning all activities with compliance defined processes, guidelines and quality standards.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in web development, publishing and management.
  • Strong project management skills as well as experience in stakeholder management.
  • An in-depth technical knowledge of CMS and CRM systems, as well as broad understanding of web security, automation, hosting, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma, web development (HTML, CSS, JS).
  • Experience in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for minor edits.
  • Experience in UX/UI design, storytelling, and user testing.
  • Fluent/native in English and German, with excellent spoken and editorial skills.
