We are seeking an experienced Content Marketing Manager with a performance-driven mindset to join our forward-thinking team and push the boundaries of Generative AI in our content efforts.

This senior personality combines a strong background in content marketing with a keen interest in performance metrics and analytics.

Passionate about crafting compelling narratives and producing video content that engages key audiences, but also embraces the transformative power of AI tools in content creation.

Ihre Aufgaben

Content Creation and Performance Marketing


Collaborate closely with our Content Marketing Lead to create digital content for our global campaigns and promotional initiatives that drives engagement - with a strong focus on video content.

Dive into data analytics to understand audience behaviour and tailor content strategies to resonate with our target audiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to all performance marketing initiatives.

Own and manage our social media editorial calendar, scheduling LinkedIn posts via Sprout Social and ensuring a steady stream of high-quality, SEO-optimized, and data-driven content across all digital platforms.

Monitor content performance and deliver KPI reporting.

Pioneer of Generative AI in Content

Drive the transformation of our content marketing by leveraging both traditional content creation methods and cutting-edge GenAI tools.

Your mission is to blend human creativity with AI efficiency, ensuring our content resonates with key audiences and achieves new heights of engagement.

Keep up-to-date with the latest in AI content tools and strategies in a constant effort to improve marketing effectiveness and maximise efficiency.

Project & Stakeholder Management

Manage implementation of content tactics in line with the overall marketing communications and business strategy. Balance multiple content projects with competing priorities, meeting all deadlines without compromising quality. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders within the company to execute the content strategy. Proactively report regularly on project status to your line manager, team members and marketing partners.

Ihr Profil

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 57 years' experience in digital content creation in B2B marketing, media, or advertising/agency environment.
  • Broad expertise and portfolio that showcases your ability to create engaging, highquality content across various digital platforms, including samples optimised with AI content tools.
  • Proficiency in content SEO, CMS, and social media with proficiency in AI content platforms (e.g. GPT4)
  • Proven experience in producing compelling video content which performs on social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Ann avid performance marketer with expertise in analytics and content performance metrics.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid experience in a digital content marketing role preferably in the B2B industry; industry experience in warehouse automation or intralogistics would be an asset.
  • Effective communicator with an audiencefirst mindset.
  • Ability to predict audience preferences with an editorial mindset.
  • Attention to detail and an affinity towards design optimized for marketing performance.
  • Selfmotivated individual who has the ability to work autonomously and at the same time thrives in a highperformance team environment.
  • Selfstarter who thinks outside of the box and initiate new ideas.
  • Passionate and driven marketing practitioner who feels comfortable with becoming part of a larger global team, as well as someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and wants to make a difference.
