CI Resident Manager (m/d/w und 100%)

Als CI Resident Manager sind Sie für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der betrieblichen Abläufe und Prozesse verantwortlich, um Effizienz, Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit zu steigern.

Wir suchen jemanden der kürzlich das Studium einer höheren Fachschule mit Fokus Prozess-Design, Technologie oder Logistik abgeschlossen hat und sich in unserer Firma entwickeln und wachsen will.

Ihre Aufgaben verteilen sich zu rund 50% für Beratung, Unterstützung und Schulung auf regionaler Ebene (CEE) und zu 50% auf die Entwicklung, das Testen und Umsetzen von Prozessen und Initiativen in Zürich.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Sie entwickeln die operativen Abläufe und Prozesse basierend auf der Strategie des globalen Operational Excellence und erarbeiten die lokalen Strategien zur Steigerung sowie Verbesserung der Effizienz und Qualität, zusammen mit dem lokalen Management.
  • Regelmässiger Austausch und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen gateOPEX Team auf internationaler Ebene.
  • Sie führen operativ kontinuierliche Verbesserungsprojekte durch, um Prozesse zu optimieren und Kosteneinsparungen zu erzielen.
  • Sie erarbeiten Schulungsprogramme und führen Schulungen sowie Workshops durch, um das Bewusstsein für kontinuierliche Verbesserung zu schärfen und die Mitarbeitenden sowie das Management aktiv einzubeziehen.
  • Sie sammeln, analysieren und interpretieren relevante Daten, um Trends, Schwachstellen und Verbesserungspotenziale zu identifizieren und Berichte sowie Präsentationen zu verfassen.

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (HF) in Prozess Design, Change-Management oder verwandten Bereichen.
  • Unternehmenskenntnisse aus der Industriebranche (Lebensmittel-, Logistikbranche oder anderen personalintensiven Branchen).
  • Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Lean-Prinzipien und Verbesserungsprojekten in einem operativen Umfeld, Erfahrung mit Datenanalyse-Tools ist wünschenswert.
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil.
  • Stark ausgeprägte hands-on Mentalität, mit dem Willen Veränderungen positiv anzugehen und erfolgreich umzusetzen.
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, gepaart mit analytische Fähigkeiten.
  • Starkes Durchsetzungsvermögen und die Fähigkeit, Teams miteinzubeziehen, zu motivieren und zu entwickeln.
