The purpose of this role is to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support manufacturing areas in all transversal matters to develop technical solutions for operational problems and/or optimization. Act as a catalyst and facilitator for organizational and operational optimization initiatives related to efficiency, productivity, reliability (obsolescence, technology watch), compliance, cost and energy considerations. The scope encompasses all the different manufacturing suites and products (commercial and clinical).

Your role :

Lead and/or participate as manufacturing SME in cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives, projects and/or taskforceFoster harmonization, synergies and ensure consistency between the different production units Ensure proper definition, design, testing, validation, execution, and documentation of project activities in line with EHS and cGMP requirements. Support complex deviation investigations by bringing relevant process and operations expertiseAct as a subject matter expert (SME) during internal and external auditsPresent report-out and/or escalate blocking points to stakeholders and senior managementEnsure complete adoption of changes on-the-field in a tactful and diligent way, monitor effectiveness
qualifications Your profile : Bachelor/Master in Biotechnology or equivalent experience5 years of experience in biotechnological processes (preferably USP alternatively DSP), detailed manufacturing operations (automated & execution systems, engineering designs, planning strategies, etc.), and good knowledge of cGMP and fundamental project management toolsAbility and appetence for working cross-functionally, interacting daily with various stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership skills in a matrixial configurationExcellent communication skills, both written and orally, and ability to describe complex technical processes Fluency French and excellent command of English (fluency is an asset)
