• Unterstützung des Customer Service Teams (Front Office)
• Verantwortung für die Bearbeitung sowie Verteilung von Kundenanfragen
• Selbständige Nachverfolgung von Aufträgen
• Eigenständige Betreuung des Kundenanliegen Postfach
• Koordination mit unseren Ansprechpartnern in Deutschland, Frankreich und der Schweiz
• Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Klärung von Reklamationsfällen
• Unterstützung von Kundenpromotionen
• Übernahme der administrativen Tätigkeiten im Bestellprozess, z.B. Sendung von Lieferscheinen, Rechnungskopien etc.
Über Dich
• Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse der MS Office-Produkte
• Erste Erfahrungen in SAP/R3 von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie kommunikative Fähigkeiten
• Hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit, Selbstständigkeit und Flexibilität
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse & Englischkenntnisse, Italienisch-/ Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil Start ist ab sofort für 6 Monate in Zürich.
