Depuis notre fondation en 1896 à Genève, le Touring Club Suisse est au service de la population suisse. Nous sommes synonyme de sécurité, durabilité et liberté de choix en matière de mobilité personnelle et nous sommes actif tant au niveau politique que social. Avec nos 1900 collaborateurs et 23 sections régionales, nous sommes le plus grand club de la mobilité de Suisse et proposons un large éventail de prestations et services liés à la mobilité, l'assistance, la santé et les activités de loisirs à nos quelque 1,6 millions de membres. Depuis 1908, nous nous engageons pour la sécurité routière en Suisse en développant des outils pédagogiques, des campagnes de sensibilisation et de prévention, en testant les infrastructures de mobilité et en conseillant les autorités.

Pour renforcer notre équipe "Social Media Services", nous cherchons, pour le 1er juillet 2024 ou à convenir, à notre siège sociale à Genève (Vernier) ou à Berne (Ostermundigen), d'un/e :

Influencer / Content Creator (60 %)

Tes défis
  • Concevoir, planifier et produire du contenu vidéo authentique et captivant pour nos réseaux sociaux tels qu'Instagram et TikTok, en respectant les délais impartis et en incluant la réalisation de sous-titres et de voix-off
  • Filmer et éditer des vidéos à l'aide d'un téléphone portable et/ou les outils que tu préfères
  • Rédiger et traduire des scripts, y compris des textes/sous-titres, et si nécessaire, du contenu pour les réseaux sociaux, en fonction de tes compétences linguistiques
  • Contacter les potentiels acteurs internes ou externes et les motiver à participer aux tournages
  • Proposer des idées créatives et suivre les tendances des réseaux sociaux, ainsi que soutenir la gestion d'une communauté dans les langues que tu maîtrises
  • Collaborer avec d'autres Content Creators au sein du TCS, notamment pour des projets communs
  • Être disposé/e à te déplacer à travers la Suisse selon les besoins des tournages
Ce que tu apportes
  • Tu es passionné/e par les réseaux sociaux et tu possèdes un flair naturel pour créer du contenu vidéo adapté à Instagram et TikTok, en portant une attention particulière aux générations Z et Alpha.
  • Grâce à ta maîtrise technique, tu sais exploiter les fonctionnalités de montage disponibles sur TikTok et Instagram pour créer et éditer des vidéos, et/ou tu as une expérience avec des applications d'édition telles que CapCut. Une connaissance de la suite Adobe est un atout supplémentaire.
  • Tu as une expérience dans la création de contenu vidéo multilingue pour les réseaux sociaux, et idéalement, une expérience préalable en tant qu'agent.
  • Tu maîtrises Microsoft Office 365, incluant Power Point, Outlook, Word et Excel.
  • Tu possèdes d'excellentes compétences en français et/ou en allemand et tu maîtrises également l'autre langue à l'oral et à l'écrit. La connaissance de l'italien est un plus
  • Tu es à l'aise devant et derrière la caméra et diriges volontiers les figurants
  • Ton profil est complété par ta motivation et ta capacité à travailler de manière autonome
  • Organisé/e, flexible et prêt/e à travailler lors de tournages parfois en soirée ou le week-end
