Internship in Quality and Safety Management

Step into the dynamic world of aviation where every task matters. In this internship, you will be involved hands-on in enhancing the quality and safety of aircraft maintenance. It is your opportunity to contribute to crucial aspects of aviation safety and learn from experienced professionals.
- Support safety and compliance assurance activities to ensure compliance, including appropriate risk management.
- Contribute to safety promotion through tasks related to communication and training, collaborating strongly with the technical maintenance staff.
- Participate in the preparation of quality compliance and safety audits of maintenance activities, including internal self-audits and station audits.
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating regulations, best practices, and industry standards for applicability to SWISS Technics processes.
- Assist in post investigation analysis of safety incidents and in post audit findings closure.
- Assist in administrative daily activities related to safety and quality compliance.
- Perform supplier evaluation and acceptance.

RequirementsWe are looking for a meticulous and proactive candidate to help our team in maintaining rigorous quality and safety standards. If you are passionate about aviation, eager to learn, have a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, join us in shaping the future of safe aviation practices.
- Workload Specification: For this position, a 100% workload is preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or an "HF" Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in technical fields, or similar studies.
- Keen interest in aviation safety and maintenance operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in teams and communicate effectively.
- Very good spoken and written German and English skills.
