As a Platform Advisor you are an ambassador of the award-winning tools and platforms of Investment & Wealth Management Solutions. You are passionate about new technologies and about people. You are responsible to make sure our front staff understands and uses efficiently and effectively the wide variety of tools and platforms via front engagement, desk visits, recurring trainings and videos.
Next to the educational aspect, you are representing the voice of our users towards development teams. With your in-depth knowledge of both user pain points and the platform technology, you fill the crucial gaps to help prioritize user feedback for future developments.
Lastly, you will play an instrumental role in being a manager of our user community and enable the Product Managers and Product Owners to engage with end-users in both interviewing and prototype testing.

Shall select/identify equity product ideas with an end-to-end lens and a focus on broad client impact and positive investment returns.
YOUR CHALLENGE
  • Promotion of Investment & Wealth Management Solutions (IWMS) tools & platforms
  • Education of Front/Client facing staff on IWMS tools & platforms
  • Regular desk visits & front staff meetings
  • Provision of educational videos and online content of key features
  • Communication of new developments
  • Collection of user feedback to maximize business value
  • Analysis of usage data of systems and key functionalities
YOUR PROFILE
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • You bring up to 3 years of relevant experience in tool relevant user education, client/user engagement, and/or feedback management in another field
  • Passionate about tool developments, ideally in the wealth management industry
  • Experience in private banking is a plus, but we are open for your fresh perspective from other sectors
  • Client focused person and driven to make your efforts improve other people's lives
  • Exceptional communication and education skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to convey complex ideas in simple terms
  • Comfortable speaking in public and virtually in meetings
  • You thrive in high-pressure environments, know how to prioritize between many topics to meet the moment
  • Experience in User Experience (UX) research and Client Experience (CX) research is a plus
  • You are proficient in German and English, with additional languages considered a significant advantage
