As Head of Romandie, you have the P&L responsibility for the Romandie market in Switzerland. You lead the local team in a matrix organization with the functional leads in Zurich. You are responsible for the Lausanne office and operations, making sure our clients experience the best experience as defined in the service promises of all FELFEL services.

The KPI to measure your efforts is the profitability (?) and net growth of the Romandie market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Market Fit

  • You understand the local market and the customer needs in detail and can translate them into a product
  • You constantly analyse and monitor the competition, and derive conclusions for the product team
  • You actively drive product innovations yourself by sourcing new suppliers in collaboration with the food scouts
  • You actively drive operational optimisations in the region, in close collaboration with the head of operations (eg. Setting up a local warehouse to provide more local dishes to the clients)

Represent Romandie in the HQ

  • You represent the needs of the Romandie customers and team in the HQ, be regularly being in Zurich and connecting with the team leads and management in Zurich
  • You are the "voice" of the Romandie customers, market and local team in Zurich
  • You maintain close relationships with all relevant teams leads in Zurich (such as Operations, RM, Sales, Marketing, Food Scouts...)

Represent FELFEL towards our partners in Romandie

  • You are the "face" of FELFEL towards our partners in the Romandie such as logistics partner or food suppliers
  • You are in close exchange with them with the goal to bring the highest quality of our service to our clients

Responsible for net growth in the region

Acquisition:

  • Together with the head of sales you define the sales strategy in the region, bringing in your local knowledge of the market
  • You actively support the local sales team in selling to big accounts
  • Success:
  • You are ultimatively responsible for the retention of the Romandie client base
  • You personally know all our A-clients and support the Success-Team in complex negotiations or risky meetings
  • You can interact on eye-level with the c-level of clients, representing FELFEL

  • You lead the team in a matrix organization (...)
  • You are responsible that the local team can work effectively and efficiently to reach their goals
  • You make sure the culture in the Lausanne office adheres to company guidelines and that there is a high team spirit that ends in a low churn of the local team
