Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Leitung der Implementierung und Pflege von Stammdatenmanagement-Tools, -Technologien und -Systemen zur Unterstützung der globalen Data Governance und Datenqualitätsziele
  • Handeln als Business Process Owner und Leiten der Geschäftsprozessanalyse und -gestaltung, um die Geschäftsanforderungen mit den Funktionen des ERP-Systems (z. B. SAP S/4HANA und Infor) abzustimmen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Datendomänen, um globale Datenanforderungen zu ermitteln und Datenmanagementlösungen zu entwickeln, die den Geschäftsanforderungen entsprechen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der IT-Abteilung, um die Integration und Interoperabilität des globalen Stammdatenmanagementsystems mit anderen Unternehmenssystemen und -anwendungen sicherzustellen
  • Entwicklung und Unterstützung der Verbesserung der globalen Datenqualität in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Datenbereichen.
  • Verwaltung der Zuständigkeiten und Aktivitäten des gesamten Stammdatenbetriebs, der Geschäftsregeln und der Systemanforderungen
  • Einrichtung und Aufrechterhaltung relevanter Kontrollen zur Gewährleistung der Lieferleistung und Governance
  • Identifizierung bestehender und neuer Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten zur Steuerung, Standardisierung oder Umgestaltung unserer Prozesse
  • Leitung von oder Mitwirkung an Projekten zur Erfüllung von Geschäftsanforderungen oder gesetzlichen Auflagen
  • Entwicklung und Validierung automatisierter Berichte, Dashboards und KPIs zur Überwachung der Datenkonsistenz und des Datenabgleichs in den verschiedenen Quellen; Festlegung und Verfolgung der entsprechenden Aktionspläne


Ihr Profil:

  • Bachelorabschluss in Informatik, Informationsmanagement oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet, Masterabschluss ist von Vorteil
  • 8+ Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Stammdatenmanagement, Data Governance o.ä.
  • Verständnis der Grundsätze des globalen Stammdatenmanagements, der Data-Governance-Rahmenwerke und der Praktiken des Datenqualitätsmanagements
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von Technologien, Werkzeugen und Plattformen für globales Datenmanagement, Datenintegrationswerkzeugen und Datenqualitätswerkzeugen wie SAP MDG
  • Eingehende Kenntnisse der Fertigungsindustrie und ihrer wichtigsten Geschäftsprozesse
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in der Leitung von Projekten zur Verbesserung von Datenqualität, -aufbewahrung, -sicherheit, -datenschutz und -ethik
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit einer lösungsorientierten Denk- und Handelsweise
  • Fliessend in Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
