Für den Hauptsitz von Losone suchen wir ein/e Sachbearbeiter/in für Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltung (100%)
Wichtigste AufgabeDie wichtigsten Aufgaben dieser Funktion:
- Debitorenbuchhaltung: Anlegen neuer Debitoren und Pflege der Stammdaten, Zahlungseingänge und -ausgänge, Mahnwesen.
- Kreditorenbuchhaltung: Anlegen neuer Kreditoren, Kontrolle und Erfassung von Rechnungen, Kontrolle der Zahlungsfristen, Abwicklung der Zahlungsausgänge via E-Banking, Vorschüsse an Lieferanten in Schweizer Franken und Fremdwährungen.
- Allgemeine Buchhaltung: Buchhaltung, Kontrolle der Bankauszüge, Kassenbuchhaltung, Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen, Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse, Erstellen und Kontrolle des Budgets, Verwaltung der liquiden Mittel und der Leasingverträge, Kontrolle und Auszahlung von Provisionen und Tantiemen, Mitarbeit beim Jahresabschluss, Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung des Konzernabschlusses.
Im Lohnbüro liegt der Schwerpunkt der Aufgaben in der Personalverwaltung:
- Anwesenheitskontrolle mittels Computerprogramm
- Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, Verwaltung der Sozialversicherungsbeiträge einschliesslich des Jahresabschlusses
- Betreeung der Lehrlinge
Gesucht wird eine Person mit abgeschlossener kaufmännischer Ausbildung und mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung; die Tätigkeiten in der Lohnbuchhaltung können während der Einarbeitungszeit erlernt werden. Gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Kenntnisse der MS Office-Programme sind unbedingt erforderlich. Kenntnisse im Verwaltungsprogramm SAP R3 sind von Vorteil.
