Als Teil des OHC Professional Teams bist du verantwortlich für die Umsetzung der Unternehmensziele im Dental Professional Bereich des Gebiets DACH Süd.

Dein Job:

  • Du leitest das Team der Professional Area Manager in der Zone.
  • Du förderst die professionelle Empfehlung der Marke Sonicare (MOR) und den Verkauf von Zoom
  • Du analysiert die Aktivitäten vor Ort, bietest Anleitung, Unterstützung und Problemlösungsstrategien und setzt Prioritäten für Aktivitäten mit höherer MOR-Wirkung
  • Du definierst regionale Geschäftspläne, um Ziele zu erreichen und leitest komplexe Projekte
  • Unterstützung des Professional Marketing Managers bei dem Management von lokalen Kooperationen/Events und Partnerschaften auf Basis der WEU Strategie
  • Kontinuierliches Coaching und Training der Professional Area Managers zur Sicherstellung der fachlichen Betreuung, Beratung und Schulung ihrer eigenen Kundenkreise (Bestands-/Neukunden)
  • Beobachten von Markt und Wettbewerb und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Teilnahme an strategischen Meetings
  • Ausrichtung und Begleitung wichtiger Prozesse (u.a. aktives CRM Salesforce Management, Warenplanung, und Anwendung spezifischer Software, Prozess-Tools und Plattformen), Marktbeobachtung, DP-Tracking- und MOR-Analysen (u.a. Preise, Trends, Wettbewerb)

Der Job passt zu dir, wenn:

  • Vorzugsweise Masterabschluss im Bereich BWL oder Marketing
  • Umfassende Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden und in der Dentalbranche
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung funktionsübergreifender Teams in komplexen Organisationen
  • Ausgeprägter unternehmerischer Blick und Streben nach hervorragender Leistung bei der Umsetzung
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, neben der Fähigkeit, Einfluss zu nehmen
  • Führungsqualitäten und unternehmerische Denkweise, um andere in den Schwerpunktbereichen der E2E-Organisation zu führen.
  • Fähigkeit, Teams zu inspirieren und zu führen, Talente zu entwickeln und eine erfolgreiche Unternehmenskultur zu fördern
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
