Job Summary: As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at PEACE OS Platform, you will have a key role in shaping the technological direction of our platform. Directly reporting to the CEO, you will guide our technology and development team, collaborating closely with stakeholders to align technological strategy with our primary goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define the technological vision, strategy, and the platform's architecture based on company objectives and market needs. Work in tandem with the CEO and senior management to implement the company's strategic direction and ensure technological strategy synchronization.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Chief Economist (Research) team to guarantee that technological designs are feasible, technically sound, and in line with the product strategy.
  • Co-lead the pilot program with a design partner in a hands-on approach to shape the product: define, prioritize, and draft product requirements and test them, while maintaining a scalable generic outlook.
  • Lead and guide the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous enhancement.
  • Work alongside the Chief Product Officer and Chief Economist to ensure coherence between technological advancement and business goals.
  • Supervise the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications across various platforms (iOS, Android).
  • Drive the integration of AI and ML technologies to enrich user experiences, streamline processes, and offer practical insights.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments in mobile development, AI, and ML, and integrate pertinent technologies into our platform.
  • Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of our platform, considering future growth and expansion plans.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of successfully steering the development and deployment of digital platforms, mobile applications, and AI/ML solutions.
  • MSc in Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Robust technical background with proficiency in mobile development (iOS, Android), AI, ML, and cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with financial platforms.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving technological objectives.
  • Strategic thinker capable of translating business aims into technological solutions.
  • Enthusiasm for leveraging technology for positive social influence and propelling significant change in the world.
