Cash Management & Asset Protection Analyst 80-100% (m/w/d) Systemgastronomie

Die Select Service Partner (Schweiz) AG ist Teil des multinationalen gastronomischen Konzerns SSP Group plc. An den Standorten Bahnhof Aarau, Zürich Flughafen und in der Stadt Zürich betreiben wir derzeit 24 Verkaufsstandorte und beschäftigen über 400 Mitarbeitende. Neben unseren Bespoke Konzepten Bellevue, NZZ Café, Startbar und Alpenblick führen wir in der Schweiz als Franchisenehmer auch berühmte Marken wie Burger King an zwei Standorten, fünf Starbucks Stores und neun Stores der englischen Marke Prêt a Manger.

Cash Management & Asset Protection Analyst 80-100% (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Analyse von Risiken und Schwachstellen beim Cash Management
  • Erstellen von Sale & Waste Analysen
  • Periodische Auditierung der Betriebe nach Unternehmensvorgaben
  • Koordination zwischen internen und externen Partnern bezüglich Asset Protection & Loss Prevention
  • Durchführung von monatlichen Schulungen unserer Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Gastronomie/ Handel / Hotellerie
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des MS-Office Pakets (vor allem Excel)
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Systemgastronomie oder F&B Cost Controlling von Vorteil
  • Zielorientierte, analytische und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Loyalität und Flexibilität (7-Tage Woche)
  • Einwandfreier Leumund
  • Persönlichkeit mit natürlicher Autorität, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
