Our business management for Global Accounting, Reporting & Finance Operations (GARFO) is a dynamic and driven team, tackling key operational and strategic topics within Finance. We're looking for an intern to join us for 5 - 6 months. If you're proactive, have a can-do-attitude and strong analytical skills, then submit your application to learn more about the role.

IHRE AUFGABEN
  • Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements, including improving reporting, creating dashboard, simplifying processes
  • Support in preparing analysis and meeting material for our deputy CFO, e.g. Board of Directors, Executive Board
  • Contribute towards various projects and analytical tasks
  • Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders on ad hoc business deliverables
  • Help manage tasks of recurring/ compliance nature, e.g. maintain intranet pages for Finance, coordinate budget forecast updates, policies documentation
  • Organize and coordinate meetings
  • Independently manage administrative tasks
YOUR PROFILE
  • University student (Bachelor or Master level)
  • Strong analytical skills and capacity for conceptual thinking
  • Proficient user in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Tableau Software is a plus
  • Proactive and with ability to work independently
  • "Can-do-attitude" coupled with openness to challenges and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English is a requirement, German, French and other languages meritorious
