• Mettre en œuvre des améliorations de processus et les meilleures pratiques de l'entreprise pour améliorer l'efficacité et l'efficience du processus de test des produits.


• Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de test du produit : objectifs, portée et approche pour garantir une couverture de test exhaustive et une alignement avec les objectifs du projet.


• Responsabilité des cas de test :


• Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe des produits pour identifier, établir et mettre en œuvre, tous (et seulement) les cas de test précis pour les nouvelles fonctionnalités en veillant à ce qu'ils vérifient et valident les scénarios utilisateur et les exigences métier.


• Maintenir la RTM à jour pour identifier une couverture de test appropriée et rapporter un niveau de risque précis sur le produit, garantir que la RTM est bien définie dans l'outil de gestion des tests standard LO (Qtest).


• Conformément à la stratégie de test, veiller à ce que les cas de test soient automatisés lorsque nécessaire, maintenir le niveau d'automatisation des tests et garantir que les cas de test automatisés existants restent à jour (Tosca).


• S'assurer qu'à la fin de chaque version, les tests de régression sont à jour : nettoyer les tests obsolètes et intégrer les nouveaux tests de fonctionnalités.


• Responsabilité de l'exécution des tests / Rapport :


• Définir des campagnes de test appropriées dans l'outil de test LO (manuel et automatisé) et suivre les exécutions de test.


• Coordonner et effectuer le calendrier de tests pour garantir les résultats des tests, identifier les problèmes éventuels et collaborer avec l'équipe pour les résoudre.


• Surveiller et évaluer la progression du processus de test des produits, suivre les jalons des tests et garantir le respect des délais établis.


• Communiquer et rapporter sur l'avancement des tests, les résultats et d'autres indicateurs de qualité pertinents du produit au responsable des versions et au responsable produit, en tenant les parties prenantes informées de l'état des tests.


• Suivre les KPI de test et de qualité sur le produit avec les membres de l'équipe produit, définir un plan d'action si nécessaire.


• Contribuer au suivi et à l'amélioration du processus de gestion des versions.


• Collaborer activement avec nos équipes de test en foule (fournisseur externe).
