Leader mondial dans le marché porteur de la transformation et de la modernisation des centrales hydroéléctriques - énergie naturelle et renouvelable, nous offrons à nos quelque 250 collaborateurs répartis sur nos sites de Kriens et Vevey, des postes permettant de relever un nouveau challenge grâce notamment à nos produits de haute qualité.

Dans le cadre d'un remplacement de congé maternité pour la période de juillet 2024 à mars 2025, nous recherchons un/e HR Manager à 60%-80% pour notre site de Vevey.

Votre mission:

  • Responsable du processus complet de la gestion du personnel, de l'entrée à la sortie pour une population d'environ 90 collaborateurs
  • Responsable de l'ensemble du processus de recrutement (rédaction d'annonces, publication, présélection, conduite d'entretiens, engagement)
  • Responsable des apprentis et suivi de leur formation en coordination avec les formateurs pratiques et autres instances
  • Conseiller et soutenir les cadres et collaborateurs dans tous les domaines liés au personnel pour le site de Vevey
  • Participation active à différents projets RH en collaboration avec le site de Kriens (LU)
  • Organisation d'événement d'entreprise

Profil:

  • Titulaire du Brevet fédéral de Spécialiste RH option gestion du personnel en entreprise
  • Au bénéfice d'une expérience similaire de minimum 3 ans dans un domaine industriel et international
  • Langue maternelle française avec d'excellentes connaissances en allemand (C1). L'anglais est un grand atout
  • Très bonne maitrise des outils informatiques (Microsoft) et en particulier SAP/RH
  • Personnalité autonome et résistance au stress avec de grandes compétences sociales et de conseil
  • Pragmatique, avec une grande capacité d'organisation et d'anticipation
