Summary

Im Hyatt Place Zurich Airport geniessen unsere Gäste den Komfort und die Annehmlichkeiten die sie wünschen. Und dies sogar im Herzen von THE CIRCLE am Flughafen Zurich, nur wenige Gehminuten von den Flughafenterminals entfernt.

Aufgaben:

  • Einsatz im Früh- Mittel- und Spätdienst im Restaurant.
  • Zeit- und fachgerechtes Erstellen des notwendigen Mise-en-Place.
  • Fachliche Beratung der Gäste in Bezug auf Speisen- und Getränkeauswahl.
  • Den Gästen Auskunft über die in der Karte angebotenen Produkte geben und passende Empfehlungen machen.
  • Aufnahme von Bestellungen und Berücksichtigung von Sonderwünschen oder Allergien.
  • Tatkräftiger Verkauf von Speisen und Getränken.
  • Betreuung der eigenen Station und Führen einer eigenen Kasse.
  • Verantwortlich für die Zufriedenheit der Gäste.
  • Durchführung der Kellnerabrechnung am Ende der Schicht.

Du liebst den Kontakt mit Gästen und kannst dir nichts Schöneres vorstellen als einem Gast ein unvergessliches Erlebnis zu bereiten. Dabei bist du flexibel, egal ob am Front Office oder im Restaurant einsetzbar. Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung an der Hotelrezeption oder im Service und sprichst neben Englisch und Deutsch idealerweise auch noch weitere Sprachen wie Spanisch und/oder Französisch.
