AREA SALES MANAGER (ASM) - FOCUS ALLEMAGNE

Notre société, active dans la conception, la construction et la fabrication de machines de haute technologie pour l'entretien, le renouvellement et la mesure des voies ferrées dans le monde entier, souhaite renforcer son équipe des ventes et cherche un/e AREA SALES MANAGER (ASM) - FOCUS ALLEMAGNE.

SES MISSIONS :

. Diriger le développement des ventes en Allemagne en mettant en œuvre une stratégie de vente complète, comprenant le networking, les visites clients, les présentations et les séminaires.
. Collaborer étroitement avec le Directeur Marketing et Vente pour maîtriser les dossiers clients, coordonner avec les filiales et garantir une coordination efficace des efforts de vente.
. Prendre en charge la gestion et la formation des agents de vente, tout en attribuant les commissions aux filiales et aux agents, pour maximiser l'efficacité de l'équipe.
. Assurer la conformité aux normes et procédures allemandes, et superviser la création, la gestion et la mise à jour des dossiers d'offres, garantissant ainsi une gestion transparente des transactions.
. Représenter l'entreprise lors d'événements, de foires et d'expositions, en respectant les directives de l'entreprise pour promouvoir son image et renforcer sa présence sur le marché allemand.

SON PROFIL :

. Excellentes compétences relationnelles et capacité à entretenir des relations solides avec les clients.
. Maîtrise des langues allemande (langue maternelle), française et anglaise. La maîtrise d'autres langues est un atout.
. Capacité à gérer la pression et les priorités tout en prenant des décisions efficaces.
. Solides compétences techniques et compréhension des produits et services de l'entreprise.
. Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques.
. Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec différents départements.
. Connaissance des systèmes de gestion qualité et aptitude à suivre les procédures définies.
. Expérience antérieure dans la vente, de préférence dans le secteur industriel.

Poste avec travail varié, offrant à la fois l'intérêt d'un travail en équipe et une grande indépendance dans l'organisation des tâches quotidiennes. Poste pouvant être basé à Crissier ou en Allemagne ; à convenir.
