Sarai responsabile di supportare l'organizzazione vendite e i clienti nella scelta delle soluzioni tecnicamente adeguate e convenienti, nonché nella preparazione di offerte impegnative. Dovrai stabilire e mantenere rapporti efficaci con i clienti per comprendere le loro esigenze, garantendo un'esperienza positiva durante il processo di vendita.

Responsabilità:

  • Assumere il controllo e la responsabilità delle offerte assegnate. Preparare e garantire la consegna tempestiva e completa delle offerte tecniche e commerciali al cliente, nonché guidare le negoziazioni tecniche e commerciali con i clienti.
  • Identificare i rischi potenziali nelle offerte, preventivi e stime, nonché in eventuali accordi contrattuali correlati. Condurre revisioni dei rischi con il supporto di un team interdisciplinare composto da ingegneri, project manager, legali, responsabili commerciali e della catena di approvvigionamento.
  • Raccogliere e raccogliere tutte le informazioni necessarie per preparare la proposta, inclusi elementi tecnici e di costo.
  • Identificare potenziali fornitori di attrezzature e materiali necessari per il progetto ed valutare offerte da un punto di vista tecnico e commerciale. Collaborare con il reparto Gestione della catena di approvvigionamento per coordinare le richieste agli appaltatori. Assumersi la responsabilità dell'integrazione delle offerte dei fornitori, valutazione dei rischi e completezza delle offerte in contesti multinazionali e multidisciplinari.
  • Raccogliere e archiviare la documentazione relativa all'offerta/ordine e registrare le ipotesi e le decisioni prese durante il processo di sviluppo. Riportare regolarmente lo stato delle offerte/stime/quotazioni utilizzando gli strumenti definiti e raccogliere e analizzare i motivi delle offerte perse e vinte.
  • Passare i progetti di vendita di successo ai reparti esecutivi di progetto e ingegneria.
  • Effettuare un'analisi delle proposte non accettate, identificare possibili cause e raccomandare azioni future in collaborazione con le Unità Commerciali Locali per ottenere migliori risultati futuri.

Background:

  • Laurea in ingegneria elettrica o campi correlati.
  • 10 anni di comprovata esperienza professionale in vendite e offerte nel settore industriale in un ambiente di integrazione di sistemi e/o progetti, idealmente nell'industria della trasmissione di alta tensione e trasporti.
  • Comprovato track record nella gestione di offerte nel settore internazionale di grandi progetti di sistemi elettrici.
  • Conoscenza di sottostazioni e sistemi di alimentazione elettrica rappresenta un vantaggio significativo.
  • Professionista proattivo e orientato ai risultati con la capacità di lavorare con team interfunzionali e transfrontalieri, nonché di gestire un ambiente flessibile.
  • Disponibilità a viaggiare circa il 20% del tempo.
  • Fluente in inglese, la conoscenza di altre lingue è un vantaggio.
  • Ottime capacità di comunicazione e presentazione.
