What do we expect from you?

As part of the Switzerland Marketing & Communication team, the PR & Event intern will be supporting the PR & Event Manager on the coordination of the overall press relationship animations and Maison events calendar. You will contribute to developing, producing and delivering events to support main launches or institutional events for the Maison. You will coordinate with various suppliers to bring to life key project with high-end and timely execution.

Your main tasks will focus on:

Supporting the coordination of clients' and press' events, including projects definition, organization, follow up, execution and reporting following the local activity calendar Supporting the PR activity monitoring and reporting Contributing to the budget monitoring through a precise follow up with suppliers and partners

This position is based in Geneva city center and will imply potential trips to Zurich and Luzern.
