If you're passionate about ESG and possess strong analytical and project management skills, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Sustainable Investment Methodology Team as a Junior Specialist. This role offers a dynamic environment where you can kick off your career, working closely with seasoned professionals to embed ESG factors into our investment strategies.
YOUR CHALLENGE- Run and maintain internal ESG scoring models
- Contribute to developing ESG models and our sustainable investment framework
- Assist senior colleagues and project groups in analyzing the regulatory impact on ESG scoring systems
- Manage ESG model documentation efficiently
- Analyze ESG metrics such as carbon footprint, social responsibility practices, and corporate governance structures
- Create presentations and reports to aid investment decision-making
- Stay informed about emerging ESG trends, regulations, and best practices
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Display a self-starting and self-motivated attitude with a commitment to continuous learning
- Exhibit strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial data analysis tools (knowledge of Python is advantageous)
- Take ownership of tasks and work independently with initiative
- Demonstrate a keen interest in ESG and Sustainability
- Collaborative team player with excellent organizational skills for multitasking
- Possess outstanding English communication skills; German and French proficiency would be a bonus
