Es erwarten Sie folgende Aufgaben:

Als verbindendes Element zwischen dem CEO, der Head Development und bestehenden internationalen Partnern und Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung, unterstützen sie beim Aufbau weiterer Partnerschaften, neuen Vertriebswegen und Märkten und der Entwicklungspipeline. Dazu gehören die Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Firmen-Strategie und speziell des Produkte-Portfolios. Dies betrifft die Verantwortung für die Definition zukünftiger Projekte und den Produktlebenszyklus.Sie entwickeln Lizenz- bzw. Vermarktungsstrategie(n) für alle Produkte und Kanäle und setzen diese um inklusive der Entwicklung von Bestandskunden, die Neukundengewinnung inkl. territorialer Priorisierung der Lizenzierung firmeneigener Produkte, neue Vertriebskanäle und weiterer Spezialprojekte.Damit sie die anspruchsvollen Ziele erreichen, führen sie gezielte Marktanalysen durch und zeigen sich verantwortlich für die Kommunikation mit Kunden/Lizenznehmern.

Welche Erfahrung und Qualifikation Sie mitbringen sollten:

Sie verfügen über ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder ein naturwissenschaftliches oder vergleichbares Studium mit sehr gutem technischem Verständnis und einem guten Netzwerk mit mehreren Jahren Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie. Sie sind vertraut im Umgang mit Arzneimittel-Entwicklung und Vertrieb und verfügen über ausgeprägte verhandlungssichere Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, Freude an der Verhandlungsführung und Routine im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Stakeholdern. Sie können einen erfolgreichen Leistungsausweis in der Planung und im Projektmanagement vorweisen. Zudem sind sie eine selbstständige und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Verhandlungsgeschick.
