CONTEXTE

Richemont International Distribution recrute un Expert Planning & Scheduling qui contribuera à l'amélioration des processus par l'analyse de la non-performance, l'identification des causes racines ainsi que par le suivi du plan d'actions.

Vous participerez également à des projets transverses et analyserez leurs impacts sur le Planning & Scheduling.

COMMENT ALLEZ-VOUS AVOIR UN IMPACT ?

Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

  • Vous aurez la responsabilité de gérer et coordonner les projets opérationnels du secteur Planning & Scheduling et d'en assurer leurs réalisations
  • En tant qu'interlocuteur référent, vous incarnerez le point de contact pour le traitement et la résolution des problèmes de processus/procédures transversaux
  • Vous serez chargé de mettre en place des solutions d'évolution de notre système informatique et de nos flux dans le respect de notre stratégie et de notre organisation
  • Vous aurez la charge de former et accompagner les équipes à ces nouveaux processus/procédures.
  • Vous participerez et/ou animerez des projets et ateliers de travail liés à votre domaine d'expertise.

COMMENT ALLEZ-VOUS REUSSIR AVEC NOUS ?

Au bénéfice d'une formation supérieure en Planification/Supply Chain/Projets/Méthodes, vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée dans le domaine industrielle, production ou en logistique dans un environnement international et multiculturel.

Rigoureux, organisé et autonome, vous avez une bonne résistance au stress et êtes capable de comprendre/anticiper les problèmes et de visionner un impact ou une solution. Excellent communicateur et formateur, vous assurez une communication efficiente avec l'ensemble des parties prenantes et vous démarquez par votre force de persuasion et votre capacité à fédérer.

Vous avez également une appétence pour la planification, les processus informatiques IT, et avez une bonne connaissance de SAP.

Vous parlez parfaitement le français, et êtes en mesure de travailler en anglais. Vous maîtrisez la démarche Lean ainsi que les outils MS Office (Excel avancé, Power BI).
