If you are a learner and a solution oriented strategic thinker with hands-on attitude: join us and help us to make Generali become a lifetime partner for our customers. Your future tasks and activities will include but are not limited to the following points.

What to expect
  • You help to optimize the enterprise architecture framework
  • You orchestrate and align all aspects of an organization's business, data, applications, and technology architecture
  • You lead the design approval process to ensure architectural fitness of initiatives
  • You will be responsible to maintain and further develop the application inventory
  • Based on the company's strategy you suggest improvements to IT application landscape (incl. Target Application Landscape/ roadmaps)
  • You ensure holistic models and modelling standards overall (within the EAM Tool)
  • You collaborate with Group architecture and ensure that overarching processes are established and lived
  • You evaluate technology trends and influence the project portfolio in alignment with Business-, IT- & Group strategy
The skills you'll bring
  • Solid track record in the areas of Enterprise Architecture (min. 5 years)
  • Completed studies in business informatics, computer science or similar will round up your profile
  • Experience in process, data or application architecture are great, as well as modelling skills in these areas
  • Certification in TOGAF is mandatory and familiarity with ArchiMate is beneficial
  • Ability to work under pressure cooperatively and to describe and present complex issues in a comprehensible way
  • Growth mindset and holistic thinking
  • Very good presentation and reporting skills
  • Fluent German and English skills are a must, other languages are an advantage
