Regulatory Affairs Manager

Als etablierter Pharmadienstleister und geschätzter Partner für Unternehmen aus dem In- und Ausland mit Fragestellungen zu Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Lebensmitteln, kosmetische Mittel und Medizinprodukten sind wir erster Ansprechpartner.
Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams von 14 Mitarbeitenden mit Sitz in Wollerau SZ suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/einen:
(Senior) Quality Assurance Manager - FvP (60 – 100%)Hauptaufgaben
- Sie übernehmen die gesetzliche Verantwortung im Rahmen einer FvP-Funktion (fachtechnisch verantwortliche Person) oder deren Stellvertretung einschliesslich Inspektionen, Marktfreigaben sowie Übernahme der damit verbundenen Aufgaben für unsere Kunden
- Sie sind vertraut mit Product Quality Reviews, Review von QM-Systemen, Erstellung von SOPs sowie Durchführung von und Mitwirken bei Audits und Selbstinspektionen und weiteren mit der Arzneimittel-Qualitätssicherung und Good Distribution Practice (GDP) verbundenen Aufgaben
- Sie verfügen über Fachkenntnisse im Bereich lokale Pharmacovigilance
Qualifikationen
Sie haben bereits Erfahrungen in der Funktion als FvP oder wollen den Schritt von Stv. FvP zur FvP gehen. Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Pharmazie oder Naturwissenschaften.
Sie arbeiten gewissenhaft und selbständig, erkennen Zusammenhänge rasch und handeln lösungsorientiert. Als kommunikativer und aufgeschlossener Teamplayer passen Sie bestens in unser Team. Zudem bringen Sie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit – weitere Sprachen wie Französisch und Italienisch sind von Vorteil.

- Sie stellen die Einhaltung von regulatorischen Anforderungen sicher
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Erstellen von Dossiers, Neueinreichungen und Life Cycle Management-Aktivitäten im Format eDOK und eCTD sowie weitere mit der Arzneimittelzulassung verbundene Aufgaben
- Sie sind Ansprechpartner für die Kunden, deren Projekte sie betreuen
Qualifikationen
Sie verfügen über einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in einer naturwissenschaftlichen Disziplin mit einigen Jahren Berufserfahrung im Regulatory Affairs Bereich.
Sie arbeiten gewissenhaft und selbständig, erkennen Zusammenhänge rasch und handeln lösungsorientiert. Als kommunikativer und aufgeschlossener Teamplayer passen Sie bestens in unser Team. Zudem bringen Sie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit – weitere Sprachen wie Französisch und Italienisch sind von Vorteil.
