  • Piloter et coordonner les activités techniques chez un de nos client, la gestion des équipements et des systèmes (électrique, technique etc...)
  • Organiser les interventions afin d'assurer la maintenance des bâtiments et infrastructures
  • Participer et suivre le contrôle des projets
  • Participer à la gestion opérationnelle et financière (la mise à jour des reportings, contrôle et gestion des budgets etc.) des prestations de services délivrées
  • Gérer les sous-traitants
Votre profil:
  • Issu(e) d'une formation dans le domaine des techniques du bâtiments, avec une formation continue dans la gestion de projet
  • Expérience confirmée dans le domaine des services généraux
  • De langue maternelle française et avec un excellent niveau d'anglais (niveau C1 minimum)
  • Maîtrise des reportings financiers, aisance avec les chiffres
  • Orienté solutions & clients
  • Excellentes compétences en communication
  • Capacité d'organisation et de gestion des priorités
