Head 1st Level FraudWir suchen dich als Teamleader für unser neues Team «1st Level Fraud» am Standort Bedano.
Um unseren Kunden ein sicheres Gefühl bei einem Verdacht des Kreditkartenmissbrauchs zu vermitteln, stehst du und dein Team künftig als authentische- und empathische Berater am Telefon zur Verfügung. Bist du motiviert, übernimmst gerne die Vorbilds Funktion und suchst eine neue Herausforderung, in welcher du gezielt deinen Fussabdruck hinterlassen kannst? Aufgaben
  • Fachliche und personelle Führung von ca. 8-12 Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung der korrekten Ausführung von Prozessen im Rahmen der Weisungen und Einhaltung der qualitativen und quantitativen Vorgaben
  • Prüfung und Entwicklung von Prozessen innerhalb deines Verantwortungsbereiches
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit deinem Partner-Team Zürich und Schnittstellen
  • Aktive Überprüfung von geplanten Agenten-Einsätze sowie die Sicherstellung unserer telefonischen Erreichbarkeit, von Montag bis Samstag, zwischen 07:00-20:00 Uhr oder 07:30-19:00 Uhr
  • Vereinzelte Einsätze am Samstag, mit Kompensation in der Folgewoche
  • Situative Unterstützung in der Telefonie
Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Führungserfahrung und fundierte Kenntnisse in der Kundenbetreuung sind eine Voraussetzung
  • Von Vorteil Erfahrung mit Kreditkarten und/oder mit Fraud Themen
  • Als engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit mit grosser Sozialkompetenz macht es dir Spass, deine Mitarbeitende zu unterstützen, motivieren und zu coachen
  • Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, vernetztes Denken und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein zeichnen dich weiter aus
  • Als verantwortungsvolle, belastbare und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit trägst du dem gemeinsamen Erreichen der Ziele bei
  • Auch in hektischen Zeiten bewahrst du den Überblick, sowie deine Ruhe und deine professionelle- und transparente Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch, Französisch, Italienisch und von Vorteil in Englisch
  • Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft für vereinzelte Meetings, Workshops oder Events in Oerlikon-Zürich
