Die re:cap global investors ag mit Sitz in Zug (Schweiz) fungiert als internationaler M&A Berater sowie Asset
Manager im Bereich der Erneuerbaren Energien. Als ein auf institutionelle Investoren spezialisiertes
Beratungshaus bietet re:cap professionelle Transaktionsberatung und nachhaltiges Portfoliomanagement für
geeignete Investments. Im Rahmen eines langfristig ausgerichteten Asset Managements betreut und
optimiert re:cap den operativen Betrieb der bislang erworbenen rund 100 Projektgesellschaften mit über 1,3
GW in den Assetklassen Wind‐ & Solar, Speicher‐ und Ladeinfrastruktur.

Zug, Schweiz, zu arbeiten, das mit einem breiten Spektrum an Aufgaben und Herausforderungen konfrontiert

Unternehmen, das sich zukünftig neben Windkraft und Photovoltaik auch in die neuen Assetklassen
Wasserkraft, Speichertechnologien und Schnellladeinfrastruktur diversifizieren wird.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie sind als Mitglied des M&A Teams verantwortlich bzw. unterstützend tätig in der Beziehungspflege
    mit Projektentwicklern im Bereich Batteriespeicher in Europa und Großbritannien.
  • Im Vorfeld von Akquisitionen bei der Abgabe von nicht‐bindenden Angeboten (NBOs) erstellen Sie das
    Finanzmodell für die Einpreisung des Projektes und erstellen das NBO zur fristgerechten
    Angebotsabgabe.
  • Während der Due Diligence Phase im Projekterwerb betreuen Sie die verschiedenen Due Diligence
    Arbeitsstränge, welche die technische, rechtliche und kommerzielle DD beinhalten.
  • Im Nachgang der Due Diligence sind Sie beteiligt an der Verhandlung des gesamten Vertragswerks,
    welches den Kaufvertrag, einen möglichen Kreditvertrag, den Bau‐ sowie den technischen und den
    kommerziellen Betriebsführungsvertrag umfasst.
  • Während der Bauphase des Batteriespeicherprojektes koordinieren und überwachen Sie die Arbeit des
    technischen Beraters.
  • Bei bankfinanzierten Projekten managen Sie die durch die Baumeilensteine definierten Abrufe des
    Fremdkapitals.
  • Auf der Eigenkapitalseite koordinieren Sie mit dem Luxemburger Fondsmanagement hinsichtlich der
    Kapitalabrufe bei den Fondsinvestoren.
  • Des Weiteren erstellen Sie Präsentationen und Reportings für Investoren, Veranstaltungen und interne
    Meetings.

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie besitzen mehrjährige Erfahrung im Batteriespeicherbereich in Europa.
  • Ihr derzeitiger Arbeitgeber ist im Bereich Investment Fonds, Asset Management, Flexvermarktung
    oder dem Betrieb von Batteriespeichern aktiv.
  • Für diesen verantwortungsvollen, anspruchsvollen und vielseitigen Tätigkeitsbereich wenden wir uns
    insbesondere an Kandidaten mit wirtschafts‐, finanzwirtschaftlichen oder technischen bzw.
    naturwissenschaftlichen Abschlüssen.
  • Sie sind seit mindestens 3 Jahren in Bereich Batteriespeicher tätig.
  • Sie verfügen über eine hoch strukturierte Arbeitsweise und sind in der Lage, komplexe
    Sachverhalte schnell zu verstehen, aufzubereiten, eigenständig zu verantworten sowie diese
    intern und extern zu präsentieren.
  • Sie können einzelne Themenbereiche eigenverantwortlich übernehmen und diese selbständig
    bearbeiten und an Ihre Vorgesetzten berichten.
  • Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und idealerweise auch in Deutsch.
    Eine weitere Europäische Sprache wäre von Vorteil.
  • Exzellente MS‐Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint sind für Sie selbstverständlich
    und Sie arbeiten sich gerne in Software‐gestützte Prozesse ein.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch einen hohen Leistungswillen und Belastbarkeit aus. Als kommunikationsstarke
    und motivierende Persönlichkeit arbeiten Sie gerne in Teams.
