Within our Smart Building Solutions team, we are looking for a
Global Product Manager with HVAC Sensors experience

Location:
This position can be based in Zug - Switzerland

Your new responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the assigned product line business, the portfolio strategy and for managing a profitable growth
  • Develop the strategy, including market and competitor strategy, innovation portfolio, investments, and partnerships
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle for the product line
  • Make jointly decisions with related parties (e.g. investment allocation, pricing etc.)
  • Take ownership of endtoend operations excellence
  • Be the responsible Product Manager within the R&D agile development processes
  • Provide support to the Regional Countries when it comes to marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Take care of supply chain performance by collaborating with logistics, procurement, quality and production

Your skills

  • A background within HVAC or Sensing technology industry would give you the right grasp of our topics
  • As a must have, we need strong knowledge of sensors
  • Several years of practical experience as a Product Manager (preferred), or as a Sales (Promoter) in a comparable industry
  • Excellent in communication with cross function team leadership capabilities
  • Analytical thinking combined with conceptual and organizational abilities
  • Good rhetorical and presentation skills and capability to promote ideas and products
  • Fluency in English, German language skills are an advantage
