Pour soutenir notre équipe Fleet Sales d'AMAG Petit-Lancy, nous recherchons un(e) Employé administration (F/H) à 100% pour un poste à pourvoir de suite ou à convenir.
Tes tâches
  • Tu organises et coordonnes les livraisons et les reprises des véhicules
  • Tu coordonnes les leads lors des projets avec les divers départements
  • Tu organises les essais routiers et la présentation des véhicules auprès des clients flottes
  • Tu collabores étroitement avec les départements internes d'AMAG ainsi que les intervenants extérieurs (Provider, Leasing etc.)
  • Tu soutiens activement les activités du service de marketing dans l'organisation des événements pour nos clients Fleet
Ton profil
  • Tu as une formation en tant qu'employé de commerce, employé administratif ou gestionnaire du commerce de détail secteur automobile
  • Tu as de l'expérience dans l'administratif
  • Sens du service élevé, goût prononcé pour la vente, talents d'organisation
  • Bonnes connaissances de la langue française
  • Des connaissances en anglais et en allemand sont des atouts
  • Bonne connaissance des systèmes informatiques
