Project Portfolio & Cost Controlling Expert (w/m/d %

Das erwartet dich
  • Du erstellst und verwaltest die Kostenplanung des Projektportfolios der Generali Schweiz
  • Du unterstützt die Projektleitungen der einzelnen Projekte in kostenrelevanten Themen und vertrittst in der Lancierung, Planung und Monitoring die Projekte des Bereiches Finanzen
  • Du stellst Monatsabschluss des Projektportfolios sicher
  • Du bist verantwortlich für das interne Projektportfolio Reporting der Generali Schweiz an unser Senior Management und führst selbständig Abweichungsanalysen und Kommentierung durch
  • Du unterstützt die Erstellung/Koordination und Qualitätssicherung von periodischen Berichterstattungen an die Generali Gruppe im Zusammenhang mit dem Projektportfolio
  • Zudem unterstützt Du bei der Erstellung/Koordination von internen und externen periodischen Berichterstattungen im Zusammenhang mit den Gemeinkosten der Generali Schweiz - insbesondere der Non-Compensation Cost
Das bringst du mit
  • Universitäts- oder Fachhochschulabschluss im Bereich BWL
  • Erfahrung in Projekt Portfolio Management und/oder Kosten Controlling (mind. 5 Jahre)
  • SAP-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in SAP-Projekten von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
