Lead Solutions Architect Microsoft 365 (m/w/d, 80-100%)für unseren Standort in Kriens (LU), im Zürcher Trendquartier Binz oder im NEW WORK Office in Rüti ZH.
Dein Job
Als Lead Solutions Architect Microsoft 365 übernimmst Du eine technische Leadrolle und bist der zentrale Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden. Du konzipierst, designst und entwickelst im Team innovative MS365 Lösungen und koordinierst dabei die Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Near Shoring/Offshoring-Partnern. Deine Aufgabe ist es, durchgängige Prozesse zu schaffen und eine reibungslose Kommunikation zwischen allen Beteiligten sicherzustellen.
Zudem übernimmst du die fachliche Führung von System Engineers unseres Microsoft Competence Centers, sicherst das Know-how im Team und planst deren fachliche Weiterentwicklung. Du trägst die Verantwortung für den störungsfreien Betrieb kritischer Kundenumgebungen und treibst die Weiterentwicklung unseres MS Services Portfolios voran. Dabei bleibst Du stets am Puls der Zeit und bildest Dich kontinuierlich in neuen Technologien weiter.
Dein Hintergrund
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als System Engineer bei einem IT-Dienstleister.
- Fundierte Expertise in MS 365 Technologien (Azure, Intune, Teams, etc.) und Windows-Betriebssystemen.
- Vertieftes Wissen in Active Directory, PowerShell und Netzwerktechnik.
- Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Sicherheitskonzepten und Compliance.
- Kenntnisse in Cloud-Architekturen, Virtualisierung und moderner IT-Infrastruktur.
- Schulungen und Zertifizierungen in relevanten MS Technologien.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
- Strukturierte und koordinierende Arbeitsweise bei Projekten.
- Methodenkompetenz im Anforderungs- und Lösungsdesign.
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Dienstleistungsmentalität.
- Fähigkeit, Cross-Border Teams zu führen und zu motivieren.
- Organisationstalent und Priorisierungskompetenz.
- Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Du hast Erfahrung im 2nd- und 3rd-Level Support.
