OBJECTIF PRINCIPAL DU POSTE
Nous recherchons un professeur d'allemand pour rejoindre nos sections premier et second cycle dès la rentrée 2024. La personne retenue saura motiver les élèves quel que soit leur niveau, doit avoir l'esprit d'équipe et rejoindra une équipe de collègues au sein d'un département dynamique dans un cadre international très motivant.

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES

  • Capacité à impliquer et à motiver des élèves de tous niveaux.
  • Utilisera et développera les ressources existantes pour enseigner l'allemand dans différentes sections,
  • Participera activement à la vie de l'école et collaborera avec l'équipe des langues
  • Travailler avec les collègues pour s'assurer que toutes les leçons sont harmonisées.

Effectuer d'autres tâches qui lui sont confiées.

APTITUDES ET COMPÉTENCES

Tous les candidats doivent être titulaires d'un diplôme universitaire dans l'enseignement de l'allemand (Licence minimum) et d'une qualification d'enseignant. Une expérience préalable en école internationale est un atout tout comme la connaissance du Baccalauréat français et de la Maturité Suisse. La capacité à utiliser et à intégrer les TIC dans le programme d'études est attendue. Vous serez en mesure de travailler en étroite collaboration avec une équipe de collègues dévoués.

Une communication efficace est essentielle pour ce rôle. Nous recherchons un candidat ayant d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles capable de s'engager de manière compatissante mais impactante. Des capacités analytiques solides, associées à la capacité de travailler à la fois de manière indépendante et en collaboration au sein d'une équipe, sont des attributs clés que nous apprécions. Une attitude positive, une mentalité axée sur les résultats et une approche proactive, combinées à un sentiment de propriété et de responsabilité, sont des qualités que nous privilégions.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We are seeking a German teacher to join our Middle School and High School sections.

The successful candidate should be a team player and will join a dynamic department in a highly motivating international setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to engage and motivate students of all levels.
  • Using and enhancing existing resources to teach German across different sections.
  • Actively participating in school life and collaborate with the language team.
  • Working with colleagues to ensure that all lessons are harmonised.

Perform other tasks assigned to them.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

All candidates must be holders of a relevant university degree in teaching German and a teaching qualification. The ability to use and integrate ICT into the curriculum is expected as well as the ability to work closely with a team of dedicated colleagues.

An effective communication is essential for this role. We are seeking a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills who can engage in a compassionate yet impactful manner. Strong analytical abilities, coupled with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, are key attributes we value. A positive attitude, results-oriented mindset, and proactive approach, combined with a sense of ownership and accountability, are qualities we prioritise.

It is important that the post holder is always aware of Child Protection guidelines and observes a professional distance from students whilst still developing effective working and caring relationships.
