Nous recherchons un/une Business Analyst ERP Finance pour l'un de nos clients dans le domaine du trading basé à Genève.

Votre mission

REFERENT DE LA VISION METIER

  • Définir les besoins métier
  • Définir et planifier les versions selon les besoins métier (backlog)
  • Mener une réflexion stratégique pour les versions futures

FACILATATION DE LA COMPREHENSION DU DEVELOPPEUR VIS-A-VIS DU BESOIN METIER

  • Recueillir, Rédiger et prioriser les spécifications fonctionnelles/users stories selon le backlog
  • Répondre aux demandes de clarifications émises par les équipes de développement
  • Proposer des maquettes
  • Faciliter la communication et la collaboration entre les parties prenantes Participer au choix de la solution technique (script, workflows, source...)

RECETTE

  • Réaliser le déroulement des tests utilisateurs
  • Récolter les feedbacks des utilisateurs
  • Assurer la non-régression des nouvelles versions proposées

CONDUITE DE PROJET

  • Coordonner et animer l'équipe Projet selon des objectifs de délais et de qualité
  • Définir le planning d'avancement de projet
  • Proposer des alternatives fonctionnelles en fonction du risque et du résultat
  • Définir la méthode de formation des utilisateurs
  • Mettre en œuvre la formation et l'accompagnement des utilisateurs, en fonction de leurs besoins

SUPPORT

  • Assurer le support des utilisateurs

REPORTING

  • Communiquer sur l'avancement de la réalisation des améliorations des solutions auprès du management et des utilisateurs

Votre profil

  • Vous justifiez d'au moins 4 ans d'expérience sur une fonction similaire
  • Vous avez une expérience dans l'implémentation d'ERP (type SAP, Sage...)
  • Vous avez des connaissances côté finance d'entreprise (comptabilité, contrôle de gestion ...)
  • Vous parlez Anglais couramment
