Description du postePour compléter notre équipe Supply Chain, nous recherchons un(e) NPI Program Manager.
Votre mission principale sera d'administrer et gouverner le suivi de nos projets de développements des nouveaux produits dans notre outil de gestion de projet. Dans ce cadre-là :
- Vous administrerez et gouvernerez le suivi de nos projets de développements des nouveaux Produits dans notre outil de gestion de projets (Orchestra/Planisware).
- De plus, vous identifierez, proposerez et implémenterez des améliorations sur le processus de suivi.
- Vous serez l'interface avec l'équipe Projets Développement afin de collecter les données nécessaires à l'alignement du portefeuille des projets de développements Nouveaux Produits afin d'en assurer l'adéquation avec le plan industriel et commercial montres.
- Vous garantirez une cohérence sur l'ensemble des tolérances projets (en particulier coûts, délais et adéquation charge/capacité de développement).
- Vous construirez et communiquerez des remontées d'informations (KPI's) vers les responsables des Départements PLCM, Projets Développement et tout autre client interne.
- Vous garantirez la synchronisation du processus de gestion des cycles de vie articles avec le portefeuille de projets de développement nouveaux Produits.
- Titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur en Supply Chain ou en gestion de projet, vous justifiez d'une expérience significative dans un poste similaire.
- Vous possédez des connaissances avancées du logiciel Planisware/Orchestra.
- Vous êtes parfaitement à l'aise avec les outils Power BI et Excel et avec de bonnes connaissances du fonctionnement des ERP/APS.
- Vos capacités de communication vous permettent de fédérer les équipes au quotidien tout en suscitant l'adhésion à la nouveauté.
- Sensible aux besoins et contraintes des autres départements, vos compétences relationnelles vous permettent de créer une collaboration active.
- Rigoureux, organisé et dynamique, vous êtes force de propositions et êtes orienté solutions.
