Als IoT Solution Manager im Circle Digital Infrastructure and Services (DIS) von Roche ist deine Rolle von zentraler Bedeutung für die Verbesserung unserer betrieblichen Effizienz durch IoT-Lösungen. Du stellst sicher, dass unsere digitale Infrastruktur eine datengesteuerte Entscheidungsfindung unterstützt und so direkt zu den Zielen von Roche in der Pharma-Wertschöpfungskette beiträgt. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört es, betriebliche Anforderungen zu identifizieren, beginnend mit der Edge-Infrastruktur, und die End-to-End-Betriebsprozesse unserer IoT-Lösungen zu unterstützen und zu verbessern. Dazu gehört auch das aktive Management der täglichen Performance unserer digitalen Systeme. Auf diese Weise trägst Du dazu bei, die Abläufe von Roche zu rationalisieren, die Servicebereitstellung zu verbessern und unsere Führungsposition bei technologischen Innovationen in der Pharmaindustrie zu behaupten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist für das aktive Management des täglichen Betriebs der IoT-Systemlandschaft verantwortlich und gewährleistest deren Stabilität, Effizienz und Skalierbarkeit. Dazu gehören die Überwachung der Systemleistung, die Fehlerbehebung und die Implementierung von Verbesserungen, um den sich ändernden Anforderungen der Organisation gerecht zu werden. Die Hauptrollen für diese Aufgabe sind unter anderem die des Data Asset Steward und des IoT Component Owner.
  • Deine Aufgabe ist es, unsere Lösungen durch die Integration neuer Geräte und Dienste in die IoT-Plattform zu skalieren und dabei eng mit Entwicklern und Systemarchitekten zusammenzuarbeiten. Deine Rolle ist entscheidend für die Gewährleistung einer nahtlosen Konnektivität und eines nahtlosen Datenflusses zwischen Edge-Geräten, der Plattform- und Endbenutzeranwendungen.
  • Du wirst das Ziel verfolgen, die Leistung der Plattform zu optimieren. Dazu gehören die Durchführung regelmäßiger Überprüfungen der Systemarchitektur, die Implementierung von Best Practices für das Datenmanagement und die Koordination mit IT-Sicherheitsteams zum Schutz vor Bedrohungen.
  • Du arbeitest mit internen Stakeholdern zusammen, um Anforderungen und Feedback zu sammeln und diese in umsetzbare Lösungen für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Plattform zu übersetzen. Deine Fähigkeit, effektiv zu kommunizieren, verbindet technische und geschäftliche Bereiche, um die Ausrichtung des IoT-Betriebs an den Unternehmenszielen zu gewährleisten.
  • Du bist für die Pflege der Dokumentation für Systemkonfigurationen, Verfahren und Best Practices verantwortlich und gewährleistest eine reibungslose Übergabe von Projekten an den Betrieb. Damit unterstützt du den Wissensaustausch innerhalb des Teams und in der gesamten Organisation, um unser kollektives Verständnis und die effiziente Nutzung der IoT-Systemlandschaft zu fördern.
  • Du wirst dich für die Einführung agiler Methoden innerhalb des IoT-Betriebsteams einsetzen und eine Kultur der schnellen Iteration, des Feedbacks und des kontinuierlichen Lernens fördern. Dies umfasst auch eine erweiterte Erreichbarkeit außerhalb der 9-17h Geschäftszeiten.

Qualifikationen und Erfahrung

  • Du solltest über fundierte Kenntnisse im Betriebsmanagement verfügen, insbesondere im Bereich IoT-Plattformen oder ICT, und über einen Universitätsabschluss in Informatik, Informationstechnologie, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich verfügen. Von Vorteil sind postgraduale Qualifikationen in Bereichen, die speziell mit IoT oder digitalem Infrastrukturmanagement zu tun haben.
  • Du verfügst über eine nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz bei der Bereitstellung und Verwaltung von Plattformen, idealerweise mit einem umfassenden Verständnis von IoT-Geräten, Netzwerkprotokollen, Cloud-Diensten und Daten Sicherheitsprinzipien. Ein großes Plus ist es, über eine solide Grundlage in agilen Arbeitsmethoden zu verfügen und Ihre Führungs- und Anpassungsfähigkeiten in dynamischen sowie technologischen Umgebungen unter Beweis zu stellen.
  • Deutsch fliessend in Wort und Schrift, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

Diese Mischung aus akademischem Hintergrund und praktischer Erfahrung wird entscheidend sein, um die betriebliche Integrität, Sicherheit und Effizienz unserer IoT-Plattform sicherzustellen und die Ziele der Organisation zu unterstützen.
