Kultur- und Sozialwissenschaftliche Fakultät Die Universität Luzern ist eine moderne, persönliche und dynamische humanwissenschaftliche Universität im Herzen der Schweiz und Europas. Die Kultur- und Sozialwissenschaftliche Fakultät setzt mit ihren zehn Instituten und Seminaren auf Interdisziplinarität sowie Innovation in Forschung und Lehre. Wiss. Geschäftsführer:in Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences (50 %)
Aufgabenbereich
  • Operative Leitung und Administration der Graduate School der Kultur- und Sozialwissenschaftlichen Fakultät (aktuell 65 Doktorierende, Vorstand, Sekretariat)
  • Konzeptionelle Aufgaben bei der Weiterentwicklung des Angebots der GSL
  • Projektmitarbeit in universitären Projekten
  • Administrative Begleitung der Promotionsverfahren (u.a. Zulassungen, Abschlüsse)
  • Finanzmanagement und Drittmittelakquise
  • Aussendarstellung des Programms, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Wissenstransfer
  • Internes Antragswesen (u.a. Kurz- und Abschlussstipendien, Mobilität Doktorierende)
  • Qualitätsmanagement und Evaluation (Veranstaltungen und Gesamtprogramm)
  • Kooperation und Vernetzung mit Universitäten und anderen Forschungsinstitutionen
Anforderungen
  • Sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeiten und Motivation zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Graduate School
  • Sehr gute Fähigkeiten zur Beratung von Doktorierenden
  • Selbständiges und teamorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Erfahrung in Buchhaltung und Finanzmanagement
  • Eine abgeschlossene Promotion in den Geistes-, Kultur- oder Sozialwissenschaften ist erwünscht.
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Wissenschaftsmanagement und/oder eine entsprechende Weiterbildung
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Anwenderkenntnisse
