_ The Graduate in Oncology assists to define and implement the marketing and promotional strategies and activities to support the growth of our Oncology portfolio. The Graduate will work cross-functionally together with the Brand & Customer Managers, Sales Force Team, Market Access, the Commercial Operations, and the Digital & Data Analytics team to support implementing the Oncology Business Unit strategy. Furthermore, you will work together with Medical Affairs to provide critical customer insights and a coordinated approach to the implementation of promotional and non-promotional field-based activities.

Your responsibilities

Analyze local market trends and identify commercial opportunities
:

Support the delivery of the marketing strategy and tactics to deliver performance
:

Understand the Customer's channel preferences; support development and implementation of innovative programs and services in line with Customer needs
:

Leverage digital and search for new and innovative ways of interacting with Customers
:

Achieve the optimal channel mix for customer while seeking synergies and efficiencies
:

Utilize materials developed by the global / regional organizations or develop new ones to personalize the offering
:

Collaborate closely with the Brand & Customer Managers and the Sales Force team
:
Your Competencies
:

Graduate of Masters degree or PHD in Life Sciences or another relevant discipline with healthcare curriculum preferred
:

Well-organized, structured, and independent way of working
:

Commitment, motivation and creativity
:

Willingness to travel within Switzerland if required
:

Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Strong written and verbal German and English skills, French or Italian is an asset
