Quality Management Specialist - Module Inspection
Deine Aufgaben
  • Termingerechtes Durchführen fachlicher Inspektionen von Flugzeug- Triebwerken Baugruppen (Pratt & Whittney 4000 und CFM 56)
  • Reparaturaufträge für Baugruppen und Einzelteile erstellen
  • Triebwerkmodifikationen anfordern und ausführen
  • Technische und administrative Erledigung aller zugewiesenen Tätigkeiten nach gültigen Vorschriften
  • Kontrolle von ausgeführten Modifikationen an Einzelteilen und Baugruppen
  • Termingerechten Durchführung der zugeteilten Arbeit sowie Sicherstellung der Arbeitsqualität
  • Anwenden von Lean Six Sigma (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis)
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der auszuführenden Prozesse mit dem Ziel, die Qualität und Sicherheit zu verbessern
  • Umweltbewusstes Handhaben der Betriebsmittel (Ressourcen)
  • Selbständiges Arbeiten sowie wirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre, bevorzugt als Polymechaniker EFZ oder gleichwertige mechanische Lehre
  • Selbständiges, exaktes und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
  • Gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Gute gesundheitliche Verfassung, belastbar
  • Eigenverantwortlichkeit und Selbstmotivation sind eine Selbstverständlichkeit
  • PC-Anwenderkenntnisse MS Office. SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Level B1)
  • Bereitschaft, im 2-Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten
