Swissmedic ist die Schweizerische Überwachungsbehörde für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte. Sie gewährleistet, dass nur qualitativ einwandfreie, sichere und wirksame Heilmittel in der Schweiz in Verkehr gebracht werden.

Für die Abteilung Quality Assessment (Einheit Synthetika) suchen wir eine/n Naturwissenschaftler/in vorzugsweise Pharmazeut/in als

Ihre Herausforderung
Als Quality Assessor/in erwartet Sie eine wissenschaftlich anspruchsvolle Aufgabe an einer hochinteressanten Schnittstelle des Gesundheitswesens. Im Rahmen von Zulassungs- und Änderungsverfahren begutachten Sie die Dokumentation zur pharmazeutischen Qualität von Arzneimitteln (Synthetika) für verschiedene Therapiegebiete, erstellen Evaluationsberichte und wirken an Zulassungsentscheidungen mit. Dank Ihrer Mitwirkung können Patienten/innen rasch Zugang zu innovativen Therapien von zentraler Bedeutung erhalten.

Bei Bedarf ziehen Sie externe Experten bei und arbeiten in interdisziplinären Teams mit anderen Abteilungen (v.a. mit Assessoren aus der Präklinik, der Klinik und dem Regulatory Assessment)) und auch Partnerbehörden international zusammen. Sie nehmen an Sitzungen oder Hearings mit Firmenvertretern (Scientific Advice) teil und beteiligen sich aktiv an der Ausarbeitung von internen, nationalen und internationalen Richtlinien sowie an Gremien- und Behördenarbeit.

Ihr Profil
Sie verfügen über einen Hochschulabschluss in Pharmazie, Chemie oder Biologie/Biochemie oder einer ähnlichen Studienrichtung vorzugsweise mit Promotion. Profunde Kenntnisse sowie einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem pharmazeutisch tätigen Unternehmen, auf dem Gebiet der Entwicklung, Produktion (CMC) oder Prüfung von Arzneimitteln sind eine ideale Voraussetzung für diese anspruchsvolle Aufgabe. Sie haben Interesse am Lesen und Beurteilen von wissenschaftlichen Unterlagen von Humanarzneimitteln und arbeiten gerne fokussiert. Sie sind entscheidungsfreudig, kommunikativ, denken innovativ und arbeiten pragmatisch. Ihre rasche Auffassungsgabe erlaubt es Ihnen, Zusammenhänge zielsicher zu erkennen, daraus folgerichtige Schlüsse zu ziehen und diese präzise zu formulieren. Dank Ihrer hohen Sozialkompetenz und angenehmen Art integrieren Sie sich unkompliziert in interdisziplinäre Teams. Sehr gute Kenntnisse in zwei Amtssprachen und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit redaktionellen Fähigkeiten runden das Idealprofil ab.
