Arbeitstätigkeit
Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben bei unserer Kundschaft, gehören Reparaturen, Wartungen, Prüfungen und Inbetriebnahmen von automatischen Schraubsystemen, handgehaltenen Industriewerkzeugen, Steuerungen sowie Mess- und Prüfmitteln. In dieser Funktion bist du ein wichtiger Kontaktpunkt für unsere Kundschaft und ein*e Botschafter*in unserer Marke.

Zusätzlich ist die Betreuung und Integration unserer Produkte in bestehende Kundenanlagen Teil deiner abwechslungsreichen Arbeit. Nachdem du dich im neuen Arbeitsumfeld eingefunden hast, runden Support Tätigkeiten und Durchführen von Kundenschulungen das Tätigkeitsprofil ab.

Wer bist du?
Du hast eine technische Ausbildung abgeschlossen (Mechatronik, Elektronik, IT-Systemelektronik mit guten mechanischen Kenntnissen). Idealerweise konntest du schon Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Situation sammeln. Du hast gute IT-Grundkenntnisse und bist mit den gängigsten Microsoft Office Anwendungen vertraut. Für die Fahrt mit dem Firmenfahrzeug benötigst du einen gültigen Führerausweis der Kategorie B. Zusätzlich zeichnest du dich durch deine hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung aus und kannst dich neben Deutsch auch in Englisch (Konzernsprache) verständigen. Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
