Mission principale Le/la Business Development Manager (B2B) a pour mission de développer le portefeuille clients professionnels de l entreprise, d identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et de construire des relations durables avec les partenaires et entreprises clientes. Il/elle agit comme un véritable ambassadeur de la marque, en contribuant activement à la croissance du chiffre d affaires et à la fidélisation de la clientèle. Objectif du poste Contribuer activement à la croissance durable de l entreprise en développant le portefeuille clients professionnels, en générant de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et en consolidant des partenariats à long terme. Business Development Manager (B2B) Responsabilités principales Prospecter de nouveaux clients B2B et identifier les marchés à potentiel.Qualifier les leads, analyser les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées.Élaborer et négocier les offres commerciales dans le respect de la stratégie de l entreprise.Développer et entretenir un portefeuille de clients professionnels existants, afin d assurer leur satisfaction et leur fidélité.Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes (manufactures, logistiques, direction commerciale) pour assurer la cohérence des actions et le suivi des projets.Assurer des objectifs de développement et au suivi des indicateurs de performance (KPI).Assurer une veille concurrentielle et sectorielle afin d anticiper les évolutions du marché.Représenter l entreprise lors de salons, événements professionnels ou rendez-vous clients stratégiques. Compétences et qualités requises Excellentes aptitudes en prospection, négociation et closing.Sens aigu du relationnel et capacité à construire une relation de confiance durable avec les interlocuteurs B2B.Forte orientation résultats et goût du challenge.Capacité d analyse, esprit stratégique et autonomie dans la gestion des priorités.Maîtrise des outils CRM, Word, Excell, Powerpoint et bonne connaissance des processus de vente complexes.Bonne culture économique et compréhension des enjeux business des entreprises clientes. Formation et expérience Formation supérieure en commerce, marketing ou gestion.Expérience confirmée (5 ans minimum) en développement commercial B2B ou business development.La maîtrise de l anglais professionnel jid8ecbfadade jit1146ade jpiy25ade
