Your tasks:
- Providing technical and business subject matter expertise in the financial messaging domain, including coordinating efforts to support evolution of financial messaging and integration with trading applications
- Participating in projects ensuring that agreed deliverables, milestones, and targets are observed, and advising corrective measures in cooperation with the Product Manager, business owners and steering committees
- Ensuring effective communication between the Financial Messaging team, business areas and supporting function, including interacting with relevant architecture and data design teams
- Analyzing and designing business processes around to-be financial messaging solutions and trading applications
- Translating business requirements into business and technical specifications, employing best industry practice
- Designing, implementing and documenting the Automation Test Strategy for Financial Messaging system and solutions to streamline configuration changes deployment, including version control and collaboration
Your experience/knowledge:
- Professional experience supporting financial messaging business applications and full trade transaction lifecycle in a banking environment, with a focus on Back Office processes
- Solid understanding of financial messaging standards and protocols such as SWIFT, including converting business requirements into appropriate financial messages
- Demonstrated business analysis experience, including gathering and documenting requirements, conducting gap analysis, defining business processes related to financial messaging and translating business needs into technical specifications
- Proven experience in planning and running workshops and meetings independently, including producing materials in support of requirements, gathering and communicating effectively with stakeholders
- Extensive knowledge of documentation and reporting, including creating business requirements documents, functional specifications, testing, generating reports and presenting findings to stakeholders
- Language skills: English
