Are you a legal expert passionate about shaping HR strategies and resolving complex employment matters? We're seeking a Legal Consultant to provide high-level advisory services on employment law and HR-related issues for a leading international organization. This is a unique opportunity to influence policies, support strategic decision-making, and ensure compliance in a dynamic, global environment.Your ResponsibilitiesAdvise on HR policies, rules, and procedures, ensuring alignment with international standards.Provide legal analysis and support for employment-related grievances, internal appeals, and cases before administrative tribunals.Guide processes related to performance management, misconduct investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.Counsel on organizational restructuring, medical leave, and data protection matters.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, practical legal solutions.Draft clear, precise legal documents and reports for diverse stakeholders.Job RequirementsExperience: Minimum 5 years in employment law within international organizations, law firms, or corporate legal departments.Expertise: Proven track record in HR policy development, dispute resolution, and compliance with international administrative law.Education: Advanced law degree (JD or equivalent); additional certifications in employment or international law are a plus.Skills: Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities; adept at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.Languages: Fluency in English required; French highly desirable.For this position we can only consider applicants with a Swiss work permit or a Swiss/EU passport.Are you interested in this opportunity?
